The room was nicely decorated and comfortable. the staff were friendly and helpful. the location was convenient, with many restaurants and shops nearby.

The bathroom taps were installed wrongly, making it hard to adjust the water temperature. the shuttle from the airport was expensive and not very efficient.

It is very convenient and also the quietness,cleanness and their staff commitment more especially Carolline.

Location, comfortable bed, luxury gardens. Montecasino was placed just 1 mile from the hotel, suitable for us. Perfect property.

Well located. Good housekeeping in general although some days they forgot to clean the bathroom properly. Good value for money. Great security and very helpful security staff too.

I felt the management were a bit remote - cordial but distant and were not very visible during the time I was there. A bit of genuine charm would be nice. The fax is linked to the computer which proved to be somewhat troublesome when trying to have faxes received - I think the fax was not communicating properly with the computer. The lady who made breakfast on the day I left - 5 April - was very off and took a great deal of time to prepare breakfast for two despite having advised by 9.00am that morning that I would like a late breakfast for two at 10.30am - I only had breakfast once prior to this during my entire stay - I even offered a tip in view of the late breakfast but she was still off, unhelpful and took her time. I was very unimpressed with her.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were kind and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The hotel facilities were fantastic, with a beautiful outdoor area, pool and lounge perfect for working away from home. The hotel's location in the Fourways area was convenient for me, and I appreciated the parking availability. this hotel had a clean and comfortable feel.

I had an amazing experience at this place! The staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great, and the wifi was excellent. The room was huge and beautifully decorated, with a grand setting and a spacious bathroom. The surroundings were quiet and tranquil, despite being near traffic. The location was perfect, just a few minutes' drive from the conference I was attending. I felt like I was staying at a 6-star hotel!

I would definitely recommend staying at this place. It offers a beautiful location with large grounds, tennis courts, and a nice pool and lounge areas for relaxation.

The lodge was conveniently located near several major highways and attractions. The breakfast was great, with a variety of options to choose from. The room was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. We loved the peaceful and beautiful surroundings, it was perfect for relaxing.

The noise from other guests at night was a bit frustrating. Unfortunately, there were not many soundproofing features in our room.
